Our Interview Process

Our placement coordinator selects only those that are educated and have obtained the necessary experience and education to qualify for the position of primary caregiver.

The applicant is then called upon for an interview. During this process the applicant is evaluated on their ability to handle stressful situations, the ability to maintain focus, and the ability to be productive when unsupervised.

The applicant is asked a series of questions which evaluate their ability to problem solve, function under pressure, and tests their critical thinking skills.

All of our applicants are checked for a criminal record and screened against the vulnerable persons act, each applicant must provide proof of CPR and proof of education

This interview process is lengthy and only those that pass each area of the interview process will proceed to the next step.

Client Interviews
